    M3 - Fusion

Great class and great instructor! Gretchen was really upbeat, friendly, and energetic, which is what I need in an early morning class! She made great corrections to my form during the class. The class moved quickly and was a really well-rounded sculpting workout. I was a sweaty, shaking mess by the end, and that was a good thing! :) The studio is really clean and well-maintained.

I don't know why I have not discovered this studio until now! The environment here is very chic & welcoming. Also, the class is both fun & challenging! It's a great core workout! Its the best pilates reformer class I've taken so far

Wow. SO SORE! Pistol squat burpees and reverse flies with resistance bands were so painful. Yet I didnt sweat too bad that I couldnt return to work right after without a shower. Crazy effective strength-training workout, but one you can do over lunch- worth it!

    Off-Peak Arms + Abs

Went as my first solidcore class even though the description warns not to - it was definitely one of the hardest classes I’ve ever taken! The instructor was super helpful and offered modifications and didn’t make me feel out of place for being new. Will definitely go back!

    SCULPT Full Body

Great new studio. Not as hard as Lagree but still a good workout with modifications to make it easier or more challenging. At only 40 minutes, I didn’t want class to end(!), but it’s a great option when pressed for time. Will be back!
