    Group Class - M3 Fusion

Katie is the first instructor I learned lagree from, and two years later she’s still one of my favorites. She’s really an OG. She’s also intentional about her class layouts to ensure you’re getting a great workout and complete muscle fatigue. Katie is guaranteed to throw a pike-to-plank in either the first core block or in the burnout… maybe even both! Guaranteed shakes in her classes.

Sarah was so considerate and helpful! I thought I’d have to sneak out early to feed my daughter and she made sure we were done very promptly!

    FLOW Sculpt Full Body

Favorite class I’ve taken so far. The class had such a welcoming and chill vibe, but everyone was still pushing themselves to do the most they can. Pablo had such great cues and demonstrations even hopped on a reformer and did some exercises along with us. 10/10 class will be looking forward to booking a class with Pablo again!

5-stars for the instructor. The client next to me kept flailing her hands and arms around thru the class and even hitting me a few times. It kept throwing me off balance as well. Please stagger the reformers more if possible!

    Mat - ONYX Method HEATED

This was my first time at the studio and I really enjoyed it! The space was nice and welcoming. Studio space was heated but not too hot at all. Class was challenging but manageable. Definitely want to come back and try the reformer as well.

Fabulous class today! The instructor was amazing, super supportive and encouraging but not pushy, which was great for me being in a hot room for the first time in a long time. She provided lots of helpful feedback for the taking. The studio is clean, bright, airy, and welcoming. The locker rooms have everything you need as you dash out of the hot clash. Their rental mats are in excellent condition.

The instructor was very laid back but gave clear directions during the workout. It was such a relaxing environment. Everyone was encouraged to do and modify the exercises to their liking. I would definitely go back and i usually am not a fan of working out in front of others but this was different in the best way. 10/10
