Andrea is amazing. I feel like her class is a great way to start a Saturday. Great playlist, positive energy, and challenging combinations. The studio is pretty hot at times, so it may be worth checking in on that. I do have some feedback about the front desk staff - the past few months, it seems like the people are unwelcoming, dismissive, and cliquey. Not a good first encounter to begin a ride. Luckily, Andrea is so friendly and genuinely kind.

Loved this class! She was very attentive and cared about the students. She even asked if there was any poses we wanted to add at the end.

    60 Minute Deep Tissue

Was hesitant to get a message through ClassPass but Glenn is magical. He has a calm demeanor and made me feel extremely comfortable. He worked on my upper back and knew exactly what I needed. The office isn’t the Ritz Carlton, but if you’re ok with a no frills approach to fixing your pain, this place hits the spot! :)

    Cardio Boxing

Absolutely loved Cardio Boxing with Gustavo! It’s definitely challenging and there were moments when I could feel my body ache but just power through and you’ll be happy you did so. My Apple Watch told me I burned 960 calories which is absolutely insane. Gustavo did a good job of explaining things to me since I was new and level setting by explaining I should stop and drink water whenever I feel I need to and not to worry too much about what everyone around me was doing being new to the class. The people in the class were definitely regulars but really made me feel welcomed. I would definitely come. It’s without a doubt the BEST class I’ve taken on Classpass.

So. much. fun!! and it's an amazing workout, too. haven't sweat like that in awhile. the community of dancers is also very warm and welcoming, even if you've never done Bollywood. I recommend at least a little bit of dance background if you want to pick up the moves quickly, but definitely not required!
