I often don't take the time to leave a written review, but I feel compelled after my experience at Bottom Line Yoga. first of all, the space is very nice--a little, well-designed yoga sanctuary, with good-quality mats and props. very clean, including the bathroom/locker room/shower area. nice touches such as adjustable lighting and amenities in the shower area (mouthwash, lotion etc) we're very welcome. However, the real reason I am taking the time to leave a review is that Amanda, the instructor for the course I took, offered one of the best classes I have ever been to, ever. She was welcoming and encouraging, expertly and compassionately managing a class of participants of apparently diverse experience and ability. She gave great variations without singling anyone out, but also was available for personal adjustments and suggestions. Thank you, Amanda! Note to other ClassPassers who may not be familiar with the building: arrive early to allow time to check in (with ID!) in the lobby

Absolutely loved Cardio Boxing with Gustavo! It’s definitely challenging and there were moments when I could feel my body ache but just power through and you’ll be happy you did so. My Apple Watch told me I burned 960 calories which is absolutely insane. Gustavo did a good job of explaining things to me since I was new and level setting by explaining I should stop and drink water whenever I feel I need to and not to worry too much about what everyone around me was doing being new to the class. The people in the class were definitely regulars but really made me feel welcomed. I would definitely come. It’s without a doubt the BEST class I’ve taken on Classpass.
