He does a really great job of making everyone in the class feel like they belong there, and building us all up as a team.     Love this studio and this new heated Saturday flow class was awesome, but yoga instructions though a microphone always take a while to get used to. There’s something about the echo and volume of the mic that takes me out of my flow every time. It’s a big studio and the classes can be pretty full so I totally understand the reasoning , but it makes it seem more commercial than I’d prefer.

    I had such a amazing time at this studio, Raven had really positive energy, and was very hands on. She offers modifications while challenging you to keep it with the class. This was my first Pilates class and I’ve been nervous to try it since I’m not the most in shape and 5 mins after class all those worries were gone. Raven made sure to educate us on the muscles we were using and the health benefits from each move. I had some trouble finding a parking spot and the office manager Rita was beyond helpful, I can’t wait to try mat Pilates.

    30 minutes really isn’t enough time considering you literally can’t get in until the MOMENT your reservation starts. It takes time to take off your coat/winter clothes, set up music if you wanna use the speaker, set up and sanitize (let’s say 3 minutes) plus a super minimal 5 minute warm up and maybe 2 minutes to stretch- that leaves you with 20 minutes left to actually workout (but you have to get rebundled to outside and clean up after yourself so really more like 17 minutes)
