    Ashantis is such a great instructor! She’s very welcoming and down to earth. I also appreciate she (nor any of the other instructors) talk about earning your meal or calories burned. It’s all about getting strong and taking care of yourself. Highly recommend!

    Lindsey was great!! V friendly and helpful. Her instructions or the sound system was sometimes unclear - so a bit hard to follow. Had to rely on others to figure out when to change positions etc. so can work on that!
