Really, really good class. Katie is an excellent instructor who takes a lot of time to make sure you understand the combo. Also this location is SO nice compared to West Loop- its so clean, so much larger, and the fact that they have showers and changing rooms is HUGE!

Fun, fast paced, and very physically demanding! The teacher, Veronica, was so nice and helpful and never made me feel bad for being totally clueless on how to throw punches. Also I felt like a badass having my hands wrapped up

I love the new south loop studio. It is so nice & the teachers are super friendly. Evan's class had more variety than I've had at Title so far & was a great work out. Overall i have had all great experiences at the Title studios. Thank you!

AMAZING workout! Warning: this is not for the faint of heart. It kicked my butt and left me sore DURING the workout. Usually soreness sets in later... Great cardio and strength workout, felt muscles I haven't felt in awhile!

    SHADOWBOX - TKO

Beginner friendly! I’ve gone to a few different boxing studios, most chain locations never go over basics but this one did. It makes all the difference because it’s easy to hurt yourself if you forget technique. My new favorite cardio. My Apple watch says i burned 745 calories! My only suggestion is to adjust the lighting, it was too dark.

Good for beginners for sure. Never been to a boxing class before but they were very welcoming. It was a lot more jumping than I was expecting, but again ... first time boxing!

    Kickboxing

This class was awesome! I was concerned about attending this class because I had never been kickboxing before but Torriente was wonderful ! He was welcoming and patient and tailors his instruction to each individual. He works one-on-one with participants to insure that you understand what to do and the correct form. The class was only 2 participants which was great.

Amazing!!! Arturo is so passionate about boxing and it def shows in his teaching. I learned so much more sparring with him than any other boxing class. He focuses on conditioning, combos and footwork drills. Well rounded workout and fun! I am definitely coming back!

Lots of fun, instructors are super upbeat and positive, music is great. I am not a dancer at all, but still had a good time and worked up a sweat even though I likely looked ridiculous most of the time. Being a non-dancer, it was a little difficult to catch on to the routines at times as the instructors basically just danced and you followed along by watching. To make it a little easier, may be nice if they called out a little direction, as simple as right/left etc. But I still enjoyed it and would try it again!
