Women of all ages shapes and sizes in the class I took - great community vibe. Its easy to pick up on the moves or fake it till you make it (especially if youve taken other dance classes).

Some moves were high impact like jumping jacks etc. while others were good toning moves like deadlifts and glute bridges. However, even though the class was not heated, it felt like it as the heat was blasting very high and the room was very dry. I think its a building issue since the instructor said the class was not specifically heated. If possible it would be better to turn down the heat in the classrooms.

There is a changing room(also the coat hanging space)and bathroom in the back of the studio, If you need to change clothes, you’ll need to wait for the prior class to complete to get to the changing areas; can be a rush during busy times when there is only 10 min between classes.
