Wow, this is a non stop class; you are constantly moving. Instructor was great, and enthusiastic and motivating. Lots of cardio. Not sure if they even use the barres, lol, since we were on the floor the whole time. Great and challenging class.

Great class!! Got such a good sweat and felt different that traditional barre - more variety throughout the class. Instructor gets very close to you so that was something to get used to for sure. Also there’s a breathing exercise at the end that I enjoyed! Would go again!

What a great workout! I wasn’t really sure what I was getting myself into but I’m sure glad I went! The workout was phenomenal and the owner and instructor were both incredibly nice! Highly recommend for a great workout or try a recovery class.

    Adult - Latin Dance

Very much a technique driven class. I thought it would be more like Zumba where you're doing fast paced Latin dances and working up a good sweat. It's more about counts and steps and the perfect way to do a turn. Nothing wrong with that, just know what you're signing up for.

    Bar Restore 30/45

Had a great first time at the bar method. Barre restore was exactly what I was looking for - a quick work out followed by a whole session of stretching. Yuchen was A very nice and attentive instructor- remembering our names and giving personalized corrections for postures. She guided the class well. Nice clean studio as well.

    TAP: Total Body

Fun class. I'd say it's perfect for beginning athletes who are new to circuit training and intermediate level athletes who want some variety. Advanced athletes or CrossFit types might have to max out all of the weights and double up the pace to challenge themselves. The class could probably do with heavier weights too.

Love this class! Keilah was super nice and made sure to check up on me and call my name out supportively in class. We went through each body part, stretching immediately afterwards. It was challenging, but not the hardest class. Would definitely come back and the studio is very clean.

    Bar Method

Really great workout with plenty of modifications to make it more challenging. I really appreciated the form corrections since I instantly felt the difference when my back was straighter or told to lift my heels a little higher. Good shake and good burn.

Great class and what a great ambiance!! Lindsey was great too. She was in training but it didn’t show! Her abs section was especially hard and great. I loved the outdoor garden, it was such a beautiful place to do a workout! I can’t wait to go back.

    Classic (50 Mins)

I went to the 2pm class and was the only person there so I got a private session! Even though it was just me the class was still one of the best workouts I have ever done and definitely the hardest class. He adjusted the springs for me so I felt way more challenged than I would normally challenge myself. Checked in to make sure I was doing ok and everything. My entire body was shaking by the end of class. 10000/10

Really lovely instructor, very informative and helpful. The class itself was a nice change up from classic barre and I feel like it was better for working stubborn areas with the bands. Will definitely take this class again!
