Even though it was just me the class was still one of the best workouts I have ever done and definitely the hardest class. He adjusted the springs for me so I felt way more challenged than I would normally challenge myself. Checked in to make sure I was doing ok and everything. My entire body was shaking by the end of class. 10000/10
