I’ve been coming to F45 Chesterfield for 4 years and although I don’t live in STL anymore, this place is always my first stop when I come home. I’ve tried several F45 locations across Dallas and in Chicago, nothing compares to the Thomas’s gym. The workouts are tough but every trainer helps you adapt the class to meet your fitness level or injuries. This is a judgment free community and no matter who’s in the class, I get the extra push I need to go further than I think I’m capable of. If you’re looking for a new gym, you won’t regret coming here.
