    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    LIVESTREAM | Fierce Feminine® Hip Hop

    My first hip hop class with sassclass was amazing!! Loved it just as much as heels. So much fun, support and high energy which has been so consistent among instructors and classes. My only wishlist items are: an easier way to view planned songs for choreo within the app, and more late class options to accommodate work. Aside from that these classes give me LIFE!

    The coolest stretches! The instructor was very welcoming and fun. You will do tons of variations in this class mostly leg stretches though. Wish there were more stretches to the back. Definitely and all levels class. I’m not very stretchy but didn’t feel one bit intimidated.
