    Solid class. Good instructor. Always difficult for me since I don’t go often but really enjoy. Room can fit a lot of people. Small entry area and two bathrooms. Always clean. Front desk peeps are pleasant and inviting.

    Both the front desk and the instructor were extremely welcome and friendly. The studio is beautiful. I’ve taken all forms of reformer classes in New York City and I like this format. Everyone had mirror space and the music system was great and I loved the playlist. The instructor taught a well thought out class that gave me an awesome Byrne. Feeling it today and I love it.

    Awesome class. Class size is perfect for an intensive and personalised work out. Luis brings great energy and takes the time to correct or adapt individuals work outs so you really get the most out of it. Final community style work out is good motivation to go for the final push. Nice big showers with malin & goetz products also.

    Wow I was not in the mood but that was a really good work out - kudos to the instructor and studio!! Love the focus on micro muscle strengthening and making it very tough with low impact. Don’t love lunges but unlike many such classes they didn’t over emphasize . Great studio too

    I’ve been wanting to find an exercise class that is both intense, fun and a warm environment. Meliza has such a lovely radiant light and encourages her students to be the best. I am so excited to return to next week’s class. She’s amazing and I feel like I really worked my body out which isn’t always the case with some exercise classes I take. It was nice to feel challenged again. I highly recommend her class.

    I've taken Shanice's class a few times now, every time it's a blast! She brings joyful energy, chooses great music, and makes it easy to follow along. Perfect if you need a beginner level cardio class, or if you just need to smile and move your body for 45 minutes. I always leave the class in a better mood than when I came in!

    Solid foundation: Back strength and mobility

    Loved this class! I have an injury and it’s exactly what I need to strengthen my muscles around the injury. Feels like an intentional workout and also structured for injuries. Also definitely got my heart rate up. A good challenging class. Will be back! Thank you for doing these classes and please do more during the week!
