Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

What a great instructor! Scheduled incorrectly today so I was coming from another exercise class (do not recommend! Take a longer break!), but despite how active this class was, it was still relaxing. I wish I could take Katey’s classes more. Didn’t see any lotion in the locker room but I might have missed it? Otherwise, the amenities are great, class felt community oriented and the instructor asked students and was encouraging about getting a response. This class would be such a great way to get to know fellow yogis because, while it’s intense, it’s also just FUN. Maybe in the future there will be opportunity to engage with people who attend the same classes as us!

This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. Studio 2 | Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

Instructor did a great job of demoing and also going around and checking form. Great class for a beginner, but it will be hard (it’s slightly slower than the full body class and much lighter with no music — music would be very helpful here because it allows me to focus on something else). Room needs a temperature adjustment because it was way too cold; since there’s no pre class stretching, the temperature in this room is dangerous as your body never fully warms up & this is especially true in beginner classes. I’ve never been to a workout class where it was this cold. Hope this changes! Talented instructor but the ambiance could use some adjustments.

Wonderful class as always, challenging exercises (hardest moves were italian fouettes, promenades in arabesque) but also a wide range of skill levels (not many dancers have a clean double pirouette). Morning Flow

Perfect class!! I feel great afterwards. Instructor is so nice and her flow is clear and approachable for everyone. Studio is all one room, clean and relaxing with all the props you need. Not heated, but warm at a nice level. No hands on adjustments that I saw, the instructor does the flow herself and you can do your own thing if needed. No judgement or stress here.

    Reformer Classic: All levels

I Love Nadia’s classes. Perfect mix of challenging and restorative exercises. She puts a lot of focus on form and gives a lot of cues so I always feel like I’m getting the most out of the exercises while protecting my body.

    Beginner Hammock

Absolutely loved this class. I’m a beginner to hammock and the instructor was able to help myself and every student with personalized instruction as to how to complete all the moves. The small class size and friendly “you can do it” vibe are essential for me to learn and they really delivered on that. Will definitely be coming back!!
