I particularly loved introduction to today’s practice - offering an invitation to approach each asana through new perspectives and lenses, exploring attachment and non-attachment, and connecting to yoga philosophy. I left class and the centre with a smile and my body felt happy :) Thank you and I look forward to attending again!
