This class is good for people who want a total body strength workout. It's in circuits and everyone has their own station which is nice. I liked Jenna a lot she was nice and not intimidating. Very welcoming and she offered many modifications either advanced or easier. Just wish the class were longer.

First time here and think it is now my favorite of all boxing studios in NYC. At the beginning of the class, the instructor showed us how to do different boxing moves before we started on the bags, unlike other studios I have been to. We did 7 rounds, with a cardio break in between bag sessions. Was really tired by the end. No complaints whatsoever

Okay, the other reviews had me concerned that this workout was going to be impossible, but honestlyit was a great challenge, but I did not die. I preferred this to Barrysthe sprints are harder but you get actual recovery time between sprints. And yesthe warmup is hard, but its also kinda the hardest part. From that point on, you get little breaks between sprints. You definitely need to be in good shape, even for the 101 class, but if youre in good shape, dont be scared off by the other reviews.

Like going here for a last min workout bc the location is convenient. Although make sure u book at least 30 min prior because they close the booking window early. Always a good burn. They always switch up the exercises but always hit arms, legs, abs. Gets more challenging the longer you do it as you learn to do the tucks and isolations better. Love the instructor but even though he’s shouting, it’s still very difficult to hear and see him. I recommend a mic and moving the gold bag to the front and elevating it so everyone can see. Placing it in the middle is generally ideal but the pillar really restricts 3/4 of the class to see him. And since we can’t hear him either, it means half the class is unsure of the sequence. He does come around often to correct form.

    FlexIR: Infrared Pilates Mat

Good class and very welcoming and sweet teacher. I do wish this was a little more classical Pilates with emphasis on alignment and form. I felt some burn but wouldve liked to get deeper into muscles at times rather than spend time on cardio bursts. Ill def try class again though. Nice clean open space.

    JustReformer: STRENGTH

Just Like Om feels well, just like home. I love this place, all the instructors I’ve taken have been top notch and have offered challenging yet adaptable full body workouts. (Much preferable to New York Pilates which is nearly double the price for a pseudo-instagram friendly workout, although with the Christmas lights and gold marble wallpaper, Just Like Om still offers Instagram vibes ????) Angeline is fantastic and consistently delivers the toughest reformer classes ever. Her odd and dry sense of humor is also so amusing and gets me through the never ending pain of holding through 2 minute planks. Please check out Just Like Om and take a class with Angeline, Erin or Michele. Your abs will thank you.

    KILLER BODIES : HIIT BOOTCAMP

It lives up to the hype of being a great work out and Meliza is the real deal. There was constant dripping throughout the class from something on the ceiling since we were in the basement, couldnt move spots because there was no room to do so.
