My only critique would be that the finisher move wasn’t super clear (or perhaps we were just all too exhausted to understand by that point!) Mad Lagree always delivers a superior workout. I think I’ve been to about 50 classes at this studio ever since the instagram algorithm told me it was opening. I’d be here 2-3 times a week if I could. However there’s such a big difference between classpass (v hard to book but £16 a class) and the studio price (£30 a class). I’d love to see something in between so I can support this great female run studio directly - like the great Black Friday offer they ran in November.

Despite this being ran over in full and also the screens on the wall, I had to switch stations twice in the first 60 seconds because someone would rather take photos for Instagram than listen to where they’re supposed to be going.
