Class stared off with an intense 10 min of straight body weight cardio and shadow boxing (jump squats, burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc). Then class was split in half. Half doing standard circuits (dumbbell renegade rows, box jumps and tricep dips, treadmill, rope pulls, med ball slams) whole the other half of class did different bag work combination stations- one station being with the instructor. Class ended with sit ups and dumbbell shadow boxing/lifts/curls.

Unique holistic workout centered on functional resistance exercises involving mats, weights, and dynamic movements. Angelo's demonstrations and instructions were clear and he focused on helping each student as often as needed. Lots of great lactic acid build-up and feeling the burning of muscles. Just need some comfortable sneakers/grip socks/bare feet and water. Happie Space also prides themselves on their meditation sessions and plant vitamins for a holistic way to take care of the body and the mind. Amazing experience, loved the small class and great attitudes!!

see all reviewsOBSESSED. This low impact workout was challenging and rewarding. The studio is so gorgeous I love that you can really see what you’re doing with all the mirrors. The class was half full and there was lots of space. I’ve been a fan of Bala and it was great to use all the different props. Cullen was a great instructor who made this 45 min class fly by! Will def be back soon. #classpassinsider
