    Amazing class but some feedback is the instructor’s mic was cutting off quite a bit and had slight trouble listening to the instructions. During the jump board workouts, would be good to dim the lights slightly. Other than that, splendid class as always :)

    This place feels just so good. The class made me work my muscles in a very localized way. The teacher was really calm and peaceful while talking, she paid attention to each of us and corrected our positions nicely. She also gave variety of options for doing the exercises depending on your level or your injuries.

    I like the way that the instructor lets you know where you are in trajectory of the class and gives nice markers so know how much to push yourself and stay motivated. It’s hard and I love it!!

    Beautiful studio. You have to dial code 300 to buzz in downstairs. Class is on a megaformer, and is similar to SLT/solidcore. I take SLT a lot and I felt like some of the movements in the opening core series were a bit more rushed but once we got into legs it was pretty comparable to SLT. Really burned out my quads and glutes. Nice hands on adjustments from the instructor, it was a small class and she demoed a lot of the moves which was great. Would definitely return to this studio.

    I really liked this class! I’m always intimidated by pilates classes especially in Manhattan cause I feel like I’m the odd one out. But the instructor was so sweet and attentive. The space is super pretty and clean too! Would definitely come back~

    Bek is very informative and her workouts and background are designed for toning and leaning for an ideal lithe body. The workouts are very quick and I feel I can reach my goals with her attentiveness to my desires in addition to the state-of-the-art tech. This is a major time saver and I saw results as soon as I took off the suit. It’s a very efficient smart workout.
