Excellent class. I really enjoy the one side work followed by the second side instead of immediately balancing out both sides. I find Shona to be very soothing and accommodating. I also loved that she played music through her computer. It worked so well!

Heated Yoga Flow
Temperature is a little higher than regular yoga, a little lower than most hot yoga studio, so a happy medium for me. Not too parked when I came on Monday 4:30pm, so comfortable space between each Yogi. Music is not very loud unlike some other classes I've had in other studios. I really like Kelley's class. Will come back again.
