see all reviewsThis was my first F45 class. The Volofit (not sure if that’s correct) was a team circuit where you alternate within your team to reach a goal number of reps. It was a good first class because there were pauses and you can go at your own pace. Emily was a great instructor, super welcoming and demonstrated each station (there are also screens to show you as you go around). I’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying different class styles.

see all reviewsI really appreciated how Tina instructed the class! A crazy workout but loads of fun with nice loud music you can move your reps to. If you are new to fitness in general, this is a tough starting point, so be wary, there are a ton of modifications available which can tailor it, but with the pace of the class it could be hard to follow. However if you are used to working out, the only thing that’s needed is to understand the flow of the class and the stations. Thankfully Tina explained everything at the beginning and she would repeat what’s next to each station before we started, she did a great job of monitoring the class and assisting any individuals still struggling to get it. Super encouraging and easy to understand. I love to end my circuit with the water bag boxing station, I’ll be back!

I have gone to other gyms and workout classes and the instructors have embarrassed me for not being able to keep up with the others and I usually leave frustrated. This studio is so encouraging when I make a modification or if I need to stop for a minute and let my heart rate slow down, I have only received positive and encouraging words. It really makes a difference.

The desk attendant was super friendly and gave me a full tour - I felt welcomed and comfortable upon arrival. Vangela had great energy. “Tone 45” was basically a sequence of circuit/toning/barre movements. Some of the sequences had slight rhythm choreography, which I personally enjoyed. If you’re looking for a very high intensity class where you leave drenched in sweat, this isn’t for you – but if you want a great burn without over-doing yourself, this is a great fit.
