    Great NEW studio on ClassPass. A few tweaks need to be made and this place will be PERFECT. They need a water fountain. PET water bottles are not cool. They need conditioner in the showers. We need soft silky hair. They need better hairdryers in the ladies. We need a quick decent blow dry! Loved my trainer. His playlist was on form. Worth checking out!

    The Members Sessions: HSRS

    Great session, very personalised (there were only two people in class today!), Tamsyn is lovely and makes an effort to remember your name and corrects your form. Only downside is that class is a bit short and so I didn't feel pushed hard enough, but I'm going to try the other Strength Sessions as well to see how these exercises vary. Gym facilities in good condition, staff very friendly. Only thing is they don't lend padlocks - at least they said there weren't any when I was there - so remember to bring your own! Tl;dr: good personalised workout short enough to fit into a lunch break

    Katarina was a great instructor - she was motivating and gently corrected form. It was a small class with a lot of personalized attention. Today the format was a tabata style, several sets of 3 rounds of 2-3 exercises performed for 30 secs each w/ 5 secs rest/transition.

    The friendliest staff I have ever encountered (from the 20+ studios Ive been to - they remember your names!) The class started with a communal stretch then we were divided into 2 groups (one to start with conditioning, the other with strength). Each group had 5 station of 40s ea assigned (conditioning: eg. Rowing, bench jumps, etc; strength: dead lights, bench presses etc). The workout involved 2 laps along each group circuit and finished off with a final circuit along all 10 stations. We were 6-7 and had 3 instructors, who were VERY meticulous with guiding and correcting form. Felt very much like a PT session (got guidance and support at every station from at least 2 instructors). I would rate 10/10 for the lovely staff and 8/10 for the intensity of the workout (can feel the muscle sores post class; but thought it could have been faster paced with less breaks). Would very much recommend it to beginners and intermediates

    ‘Classic’ - The fundamentals of strength training

    I really enjoyed this class, I hadn't done a class focussed on strength before and it was great. Neha the instructor was amazing, really clear in her instructions and I felt much clearer on the benefits of the exercises than in many classes. It was really motivating and a great atmosphere

    Reformer Pilates

    Studio is a little odd and hard to find - you enter through a youth club and the studio is downstairs at the back. Only 3 machines which keeps it nice and personal. Studio is not useful classpass standard but Babs the instructor was excellent with plenty of corrections and personal attention. Class was hard and suited to those with some reformer experience. Full hour of class has left me shaking all afternoon!! Will be back!!
