    #RIDE (50 Min)

Kyle is an amazing teacher. It doesn’t matter if there are 5 or 25 people, he keeps the energy high and pushes us to go harder (whatever that means to you!). Love this class and this instructor!

The instructor was really sweet and I loved the variety of poses - this class was very yin like. Got to hold things for a while and be still.

    REP the Halls

Fantastic class! Leslie made it so fun with the music and the sets. She corrects your form without making you feel like you’re being reprimanded for doing something wrong! Definitely try a rep only class even if you are worried about being a novice to strength training.

    Body Pump

Love this class! I used to be an O2 fitness member and I am coming back through class pass just for Indi’s body pump class. I have been weight lifting consistently for 10 years and this class kicks my butt and usually makes me sore for days! There are always people of very different levels in the class and it’s easy to modify to your bodies needs based on weights and range of motion - Indi always gives modifications and there are always people modifying to their needs which I really appreciate. I would note that especially as a first timer you should arrive to class 15-20 minutes early because set up takes a while and the class doesn’t have capacity caps so it’s best to arrive early to grab a spot that’s comfortable for you and make sure the weights you want are still available. Also no one is there to tell you what you need/what to expect so definitely just ask someone else taking the class, everyone is really nice and will help you out.
