see all reviewsThis place is fantastic. It would be difficult for beginners, however, that does not mean it would not be beneficial. It really asks you to engage completely and thoughtfully. Remembering the long sequences is hard…at first. It does get easier. As far as teaching form, not this particular class. The instructors are, however, thoughtful and willing to take time after class.

I believe that is what got me through it, I have a very high level of pain in my feet due to arthritis so I didn’t think I could survive a yoga class. I did. That meditation kept me returning to the right space in my head so I didn’t focus on my foot pain. Thank you, Brian. That was a gift.

In my opinion, what really sets her class apart from the others, is her readings. Each verse thoughtfully tailored to fit the pose and reminds you that you are “ perfectly imperfect.” I look forward to her Thursday nights Yin class.
