see all reviewsMimi’s class is a work of art. She has mastered the ability to guide a yin practice with the right music, ambiance, props, and percussion. In my opinion, what really sets her class apart from the others, is her readings. Each verse thoughtfully tailored to fit the pose and reminds you that you are “ perfectly imperfect.” I look forward to her Thursday nights Yin class.

I love being able to support smaller Pilates businesses, the studio is really cute and the reformers are great quality! I’ve taken classes with both Heather and Teri, they’re both lovely! Definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to support Pilates businesses outside of bigger chains!
