Overall a really positive and easy experience. They gave me some juice so I didn’t get low blood sugar. Seats were comfy and session was about 45 minutes.

They took extra time to make sure I was comfortable. This place is super clean and cozy. But most importantly, the care was top notch.

My wife and I were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk, who then gave us instructions on how to do the online paperwork. Rayana took my blood pressure, explained the whole process, showed me where to change, helped me pick a song, and gave me a run down of the expected benefits from cyrotherapy. She was super friendly and kept my wife company while I danced around in the cyrotherapy chamber for 3min and 30seconds. I definately felt the endorphin rush and the energy immediately after the experience. Coming back soon to try it again! 5 stars.

A few things to note when booking through Classpass — the virtual assistant sometimes has trouble sending the intake and consent forms, but they’re pretty responsive if you run into any issues. It also asks for a credit card number in case you make a last minute cancellation, however, I didn’t see this until after my appointment and didn’t run into any issues with going to my appointment. I also wish you had the ability to choose a practitioner, but it seems like it’s randomized. Overall, great experience and would definitely go back :-)
