I'd say if you haven't done pilates or Barre before it would be a little hard to follow since you can't really see the instructor because of the candlelit setting (which I loved!) but if you have then give this class a try! loved the vibe and can't wait for the room to be heated again post covid

    Hot Fire Flow & Chill (Level 1/2/3)

    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

    Fantastic instructor. First oxygen class I’ve ever had where the instructor did a proper savasana with hands on stretching at the end. Though it was a less challenging class than I would have preferred, better for level 1/2, it was a fantastic experience and Breanna is a wonderful instructor!

    Where has this Inferno Pilates class been my whole life!? Chelsea is the instructor that I think most ClassPass members dream of. She takes time to demonstrate each move and gives positive corrections. Not only this, but she’s a really welcoming person and you can tell she understands how each muscle works.
