This was a really fun class. Not only did I get a great cardio workout, but it was also a relaxing and fun time. Only negative was there’s no AC and the fans only blow air at someone immediately in front of it. Due to covid that basically means only one person in the class gets to cool off, while everyone else sweats like crazy! I didn’t mind though, it was like a hot yoga class meets groove.

One thing... with all the flu and cold going around, the studio should wash the weights between classes. Just watched everyone put their weights back on the shelf without wiping but wiped the mat.

First time and can’t wait to go back. Incredible gym! Super fun and sweaty/power class, loved the routine and the cooling towel at the end. As others have said though, they really need to sort their acoustics, I could hardly make out what the instructor was saying - and couldn’t see her from behind all the boxing bags either!
