There was some confusion and we had an extra person doing the wrong exercise so others were just standing around. 30 seconds is not long for each move so best not to waste time!     Great morning class. There was a lot of people there for it being six am. Good energy from the instructor. The facilities are nice although there is only one shower. Their change area has all the basics you need to get ready before work. It gets a little warm downstairs so I don't know how stuffy it would get in the summer. Overall a great experience but definitely different than the other spin studios. Less focus on riding to the beat and no weights. Lots of high and low intensity intervals. Good start to the day. And they have coffee!

They could use some more seating in the waiting area but theyre new so thats understandable. The class itself was awesome. Giulia is a quality human being!
