    Really nice class, the instructor is really nice and friendly. The coach gave me lots of tips regarding the pose. I would suggest someone who is just getting into fitness industry to participate in this class. It is a good way to fresh your mind and get something new. The whole vibe in the class is really friendly and supportive as well.

    BEST MOTIVATOR BY FAR. I love how Alex focuses on technique, too, which is what sets them apart from the other motivators. Alex’s combos are sooo creative and challenging, which is EXACTLY what I wanted 4 months into taking classes at Rumble! I’ll be back. Thanks, Alex :)

It's challenging to follow along with some combinations but of course they have to make it challenging for ppl who have been doing it for a while and I'm sure it just takes practice! super fun class and really welcoming & inclusive space which is always nice 😊
