    It was my first time here and I loved it. I'd say if you haven't done pilates or Barre before it would be a little hard to follow since you can't really see the instructor because of the candlelit setting (which I loved!) but if you have then give this class a try! loved the vibe and can't wait for the room to be heated again post covid

    I'm pleased that the last time before this visit that I came in, the instructor discreetly slipped a girl a pair of socks when she forgot. This was so much pleasant and much less embarrassing than the last time I was here! The workout is intense and I was left shaking!! Highly recommend.
