Good workout. Idk if it’s worth 15 credits, but I definitely enjoyed it. The facilities are AMAZING!!! There is a dry bar across from the women’s locker room. The treadmills were great and very high tech. I’d go back!

Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

Sam gave great form corrections and was very helpful. The small group format was great! I was able to work at my own pace but had support when I needed it. Walking in this place is intimidating and full of regulars who know the ropes. But once you get started everyone was welcoming and kind. The other class happening on the other side of the floor is an intense boot camp style and there is a lot of shouting. Still it was a perfect intro to weights and good for beginners. I’m definitely coming back!

Alice is awesome, and it was a hard class in the best way! Unfortunately.... My friend and I were both thrown off by a male trainee sitting at the back of class watching us, then clicking his pen and flipping through his notebook during Shavasana! None of the female attendees were asked if we would be ok with a man watching us doing down dogs and fold-overs from behind, and Alice wasn’t even notified of his attendance! You will definitely get a great sweat! Each card suit was a different exercise - 2 lower body and 2 upper body. The number on the card was the number of reps. The instructor pulls 4 cards each round, one from each suit. I didn’t make it through the whole deck by myself but I got pretty far.

    Zumba

5 stars for the workout, but this was not easy and I do not recommend for a Zumba beginner or someone who cannot easily catch on without instruction. If you’re used to Zumba cues (claps, points, etc) you won’t get many here. This is more cardio hip hop (which is really fun, but not what I thought I was getting myself into) than Zumba - only a few songs with Latin influence. If you can catch on easily and don’t require much instruction, go for it. High energy instructor & fun music. If you require a more low key, guided exercise, find another location or see if they offer a beginner class. Perk for those who go often is that it seems like a tight community. I was the only first timer in a booked class and many knew each other and all the routines. Overall it was a nice workout and I’ve taken a class by someone else here before, so it’s a great spot, but I can’t say I’d go back for this class because I hate feeling lost during a workout.

    Pilates Reformer & Chair

Was my first time using the reformer and chair. Instructor was helpful in explaining how to use the equipment and hands-on to demonstrate the proper movements. Workout itself was not too intensive, may try higher resistance next time.

The instructor was kind, informative and also funny at the same time. The session was easy and more stretching as someone requested it. Perfect for Friday morning class.

I really do enjoy going to Brukwine. The music is popping and I felt like I was in a party and I was missing that fill in my life so I'm happy I went! It gets warm in there so def bring some short shorts (it's accepted attire)
