I've been to the studio many times but this was my first with Scott. He was clear with instructions. One thing I really liked is that he did not talk too much while we where running. He did it so we could stayed focused on our form and pace without distractions. I will definitely go back to his class.

This is the best class there. The other classes feel like to are just paying for a treadmill. This is mostly running but then a good about the if kettlebell however I do wish there was a bit more encouragement and push in class but that’s just the inner me wanting a boot camp type class .

Holy crap he's amazing + I'm now angry at myself for this being the first time I've taken his class. His pushes were brutal (his first song included 2 60sec ones as part of the warmup) + we did 4 group torque board 45 second races throughout class. He did a wonderful job motivating us + keeping us on point despite the struggle and I appreciate his energy, cueing, direction. He now has A new regular rider!

Halston leads incredibly strong, challenging + sweat inducing workouts with nominal time wasted. Today included a strength section, circuit, ab section, then an AMRAP partner finisher. Hot damn, class was brutal tonight! 8 mins at each station with the same buy in + cash out move sandwiching a 6 min EMOM of another move: Run .2, 20 KB Swings / Row 12-18 cals, 10 erg knee tucks with 5 air squats / 20 wall balls, 4 man makers into clean, squat + press / 15 bike cals, 8-10 burpees. I generally don’t enjoy EMOMs Bc the goal count always seems to be too low + so I feel like I’m standing around doing nothing during class, but the given goals were on point. Love taking class here bc you never know what you’re walking into with the ever changing movements + profile breakdowns, but I always feel gassed when leaving.

Justin was awesome and really welcoming as it was my first class there! This class is TOUGH-you will be so tired by the last round of treadmill and floor weight work. This class is not for the faint of heart. You do about 8 mins on the treadmill, then 8 mins on the floor, alternating for 4 rounds-and each round is different. The classpass description says it's a 50 minute class, but it's actually 1 FULL hour long. They do not stop a minute early-so be prepared for that. I would go back again for sure! I also like that the instructor doesn't push you to make your running speed higher. They give you a range, and don't bother you, but encourage you to listen to whatever your body is feeling-and go with that. It's a great, intense workout!

Holy crap - Wendy is phenomenal! I’ve been a flywheel rider since 2011 + have never had the chance to take her bc of scheduling, but she shocked me with her killer playlist, an incredibly challenging ride with plenty of tap backs, hills, pushes + sprint, plus her engaging nature + motivational demeanor. Everything other reviewers say it is. If you do high intensity cardio 2-3 times a week, though, you will definitely get through that warm-up. Only downside is there isn't enough emphasis on form for a "beginners" class (but we all know it's not really that, don't we). If you're new to this type of training like I am, it would be helpful to look up some of the moves online ahead of time.

Michael ran the Barry’s class I’ve been to yet—inspiring vibe, challenging yet accessible sets, and great music which helped lighten the atmosphere as he occasionally sang along for a few bars. Most of all, the class felt good-hearted and kind in a way that I haven’t experienced at Barry’s, where instructors often put a on a hard edge and the whole format and operation can feel like a very commercial, impersonal injury factory. If you’re on the fence about Barry’s, I highly recommend going to Michael’s class.

As a regular Tuesday night class goer, I have to say that this may have been the toughest class Ken has ever given us. Basic but hard as all hell. After the typical warmup in the studio then a farmers carry to Madison Ave plus a non stop 6 min ab series, the workout was 7 rounds of the following : 20 American KB swings, 15 air squats & 5 burpees before a sprint to Madison & back to be done as fast as possible. Most clocked in at ~2 mins so there was a minute rest before the next round. First time I've seen ppl splayed out all over the fitness floor once we finished.

Love the instructor but even though he’s shouting, it’s still very difficult to hear and see him. I recommend a mic and moving the gold bag to the front and elevating it so everyone can see. Placing it in the middle is generally ideal but the pillar really restricts 3/4 of the class to see him. And since we can’t hear him either, it means half the class is unsure of the sequence. He does come around often to correct form.

Great! The new songs felt slower over all and we took little breaks in between dances so class wasnt AS hard core as usual, but I appreciated it because I felt it gave me the chance to go back and fine tune my understanding of each individual move in this series of dances and do it more full out. And still was drenched in sweat. Andrea has a really friendly, generous vibe.

    New Tracks Ride

Now THAT was the kind of ride I've been missing from Alex for a while!!! Absolute fire, kicked my tush, lit up my legs + glutes, great beats, powerful pushes + insane climbs. Plus I loved seeing a first timer in front of me wearing soul cycle gear who was DYING after the first 2 songs. Welcome to real spinning, doll!

    Prenatal Yoga

So relaxing and calming. First time taking a prenatal class and was nice to meet other moms to be. Favorite part of class was when we introduced ourselves, how far along we are, and shared what we were feeling that week. Thank you!

Liked the instructor. Space is alright - nothing special. Was really put off that some girl tried to knock my stuff to the ground that I was resting by the lockers on a bench. Of course she was also the least active person in class.

    FlyBarre 60

Tony is one of my favorite instructors at fly barre. i like the assigned mats, banana/Apple, and water at the studio. it's not high impact or much cardio, mostly toning but if you know that's what you're going for then it's what you get and he's really energetic and cheers everyone on!

    TROOPER MET CON CAMP

Nick is the best instructor and I left this class completely worked. Minimal time for breaks so your heart rate is really up there for the hour. Tonight was maybe one too many people so a bit cramped but usually there is enough space.

    Full Body

My first time. Class wasnt as hard as I thought it was going to be, mean the dance moves werent that hard to follow but the cardio wasnt as intense as I had hoped. For the full body class, the cardio portions were interspersed with strengthening segments on par with a barre class. Overall the class was actually really fun and I look forward to returning for a full dance cardio class. Celine was great. I do have to say I appreciate finally going to one of these classes and having an instructor of color and different body shape than waif-y and white (looking at you, pure barre).

    Pure Barre

This was my first Pure Barre class ever, though have taken Physique about 8 times. The instructor was so nice and welcoming and corrected my form a few times. I found it incredibly challenging but rewarding and of course a great workout. Would have been very difficult to do without any prior barre experience in my personal opinion!
