I am a very tense/tight person and Jimmy managed to massage out multiple knots and definitely loosened up the rest of my muscles. I've never had anyone walk on my back before but that was a great experience which definitely helped the stubborn stiffness in my lower back. I expect to sleep very well and relaxed tonight. Sometimes they will flip you over do a little bit of neck/head and then feet. Jay's practice was easy to commute to, the space is clean, and as a professional he really knows his stuff. He answered my questions, and explained his process throughout our session which I really appreciated. Acupuncture is not fully "pain free" but it is a path to healing that I wish I had started sooner. I look forward to scheduling again and highly recommend Rophé!
