Really enjoyed Maddy’s class. The exercises were unique and fun (in my opinion) and the whole class was really well structured. Got me shaking within the first 5 mins

    Bike and Beats

This was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

    Gym Time

Nice gym although at 11:30 am there is already an increasing crowd, some with personal trainers, requiring to wait and share equipment. Exceptionally clean shower and sauna with shower amenities provided.

    Vinyasa Flow

I took class while on vacation after a long flight. This was perfect. Lovely class. It was a little chaotic because the class before got out late and the teacher was scrambling to prepare the room and we started late. It’s fine for me but stressful for the instructor. I also teach and hate starting class ungrounded like that.

Smaller gym but wasn’t overrun even on peak weekday time, and good amount of weights and machines. Spacious changing room/showers and offered a towel.

    BIKE & BEATS

This was my first time in this gym at Bike & Beats with Zoe. I enjoyed the class a lot, the instructor was super nice and friendly, helped me understand the logic and keep up throughout the class, and the workout was super intense!

    Abs & Ass - LIFT

I’ve been to a number of Rhys’s classes now and find them enjoyable yet challenging which is a positive thing. He’s thorough, pushes/motivates you and plans out well thought out classes. I am always sore the next day and I’ve been lifting heavier and heavier. I make an effort to go to his classes because I know I’m getting the value and I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my physique.

    The Trip

We were planning to participate in a cycling exercise session. As it was our first time, we arrived a little late as we couldn't find the entrance. Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time. Many thanks to the kind staff. Thank you very much.
