see all reviewsThis was my first visit to digme. It is a nice studio and the reception staff were very helpful and explained where everything was. The change rooms and toiletries are great. I came here because my teacher Rose told me about this studio. Rose is a fantastic teacher. I love her classes because they are playful and challenging. Please can you change this back to a level 2 class.

see all reviewsLovely receptionist, gym smaller than I expected but has everything you need. Very clean and nice equipment (though would be nice if has more assisted weight machines). Changing rooms and same gender sauna room is nice touch.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved the class. Chris worked with so much enthusiasm and motivation. You’re going to be paired with a trainer. I mostly worked with Janice and they were an excellent trainer. The staff is also super friendly. The workout in itself is a good mix of circuits, cardio and HIIT movements with a good amount of boxing. Chris and Janice are very encouraging and always check in with you to make sure you’re comfortable with the exercise. You’ll also have a good amount of practice with technique. Definitely recommend the class!
