    This class was challenging but so fun! Sydney was a great instructor and was encouraging, friendly, and happy to answer questions. The space, atmosphere, and people were chill yet motivating, as if recognizing that the workout is tough but that we're here to help each other through the class and towards our goals. I would definitely recommend, and I plan to go back!
