Great class-Chelsea was awesome. Her hands on assists were amazing. This class is very similar to Bikram in style and hear of class (maybe a little less hot) but with different poses and some down dogs. Overall a nice stretch and a good sweat.

    Hot Power Flow 60

This is my third class so far at Set and Flow. I've found it to be a mixed bag depending on when you go and who the instructor is. Pia was fantastic and my favorite so far! She's really personable and relaxed whilst kicking your butt. If I had any complaints at all it would be maybe to have it just a few degrees warmer, but that's all I can think of.

My muscles had been feeling tight and tense the last week. This stretch was much needed. Bonus that the music was so calming I could’ve easily fallen asleep. I appreciate the 90-min length for this yin class too. It sounded lengthy at first, but the time flew by as we moved from pose to pose. Rob was encouraging and maintained good energy throughout the entire class. Would def go again

It was a great class! I haven't done bikram yoga in many many years and I'm not flexible or athletic at all! But I think the class really is for all levels and the instructor helped me adjust my postures. It was pretty overwhelming at times with that heat but I made sure to listen to my body and keep at my own pace and drank lots of water. Bring your mat, towels, and water. I forgot my towel and had to pay $3 for it. Plenty of parking and you enter from the back alley which was a bit hard to find as a first time client! Be prepared to sweat a lot and stay hydrated!!

    vinyasa yoga

Great energy, great teacher, the only recommendation I would make is to slow down a bit with the flow. We are supposed to be following our breath with the movement and I take that very seriously, however when I feel rushed to stay on track with he entire group because youre already telling students to go into the next pose, it makes me feel like I have to rush as well so that Im not constantly 1-2 steps behind. I dont think we should all be in the exact same pose at the exact same time because we should all be going with OUR own breath. This is not just specific to this one instructor, I experience this often at other studios

I love Danas classes. You can tell she has a wealth of experience - her classes are always challenging and invigorating. The studio does have heat as well so we had it just a little bit warm this morning which was so cozy and nice. Will be back!

Harper was so wise and had great guidance in understanding what feelings are connected with what parts of our body. Would've appreciated more explanation on where we should be feeling the stretch, but otherwise I loved this class and beautiful studio space!

Erin helped me improve my inversion game- she taught me some key body positioning that made a HUGE difference in my starting to be able to balance and control my handstands! I'm so excited to continue coming here and growing my practice with her.

Exactly what my body needs. Lots of headstand/handstand PREP, so nice and safe and slow to build strength incrementally without the expectation to launch yourself into poses you arent ready for. I keep wanting to come back to nudge my own practice forward.

Kristyn was so sweet! Fabulous teacher. Made great adjustments and was everything you'd ever want in a yogi instructor. Only thing was it ended up unintentionally being a hot yoga class...because it was 100+ degrees out so just make sure to bring a towel because the building is very old so the AC doesn't work great on hot days with lots of people.

    The Barboza Method

What an amazing class! probably one of the hardest classes I’ve taken a while, but Stephanie is an incredible instructor. She teaches exercises that help correct ailment of the body and techniques to strengthen core. I am recovering from an injury and she really took the time to guide me through each exercise. I feel hopeful and less pain after taking just this one class and can benefit more from this than any other treatment modality I have done. I Encourage everyone to try it and challenge themselves. Thanks Stephanie for taking the time during and after class to educate, your passion and kindness are appreciated.
