Beginner's Yoga
see all reviewsThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

see all reviewsMollie is an incredible teacher. Her classes are definitely challenging but she always offers modifications and a non judgmental space to make it your own practice. I appreciate how she never fails to give breathing cues with every movement - the most basic pillar of yoga that most teachers nowadays forget. I’ve been attending her Saturday classes for a few weeks now and I feel so much stronger every week. Thank you, Mollie!!

see all reviewsI love this class but the space just feels so crammed and uncomfortable when it’s a full class. I understand the business wants to hit max capacity, but when class is this full it’s hard for me to tune in and feel my best. Love this class and this studio and will continue to come. Would just love a littleeeee more space between the mats (: thank you!

Really enjoyed the class and how it was spaced out in terms of the different combos and progressions to truly help engage the core and have better comprehension of what's really going on in a pose.

And I always appreciate the workout planned in a way that the stretches are during the time, not after. Mobility is just as important as squats!

see all reviewsThe class was very much needed to do what we hardly do in our daily lives and that is to slow down and pay attention to our bodies. I really liked this instructor specifically because although sometimes there’s a loud dance room next door, she maneuvered around it and taught us that life can be contradicting just as we’re mellowing out here in this space and right next door they’re having a party. I think that was really special to bring up and how we continued forward. Yoga/meditation can be done anywhere no matter your surroundings. Well taught!

see all reviewsIntense! My ass was def kicked. I think if you want to get strong, fast, agile and learn a bit of self defense this is a great class. Is this a good class for beginners? Only if you’re willing to push push push yourself. I personally do not like feeling like I’m punishing myself with exercise, so this wasn’t for me. That said, the instructor is very encouraging, very nice, and will challenge you (which is a great thing imo) to always do your best.

see all reviewsReally good class. I felt like I got a great workout. Nice instructor. My only feedback would be that her musicality could be stronger… counting on the beat, placing moves to the song and counting us in at intuitive places in the song. It wasn’t a big deal but it made things a bit harder to follow. I’ll return for sure.

see all reviewsI’ve been taking CP sculpt for 5 years and Tearra’s class was one of the hardest by far - absolute FIRE!!! Unlike most sculpt classes, Tearra is very fast paced and doesn’t waste any time so don’t expect moderation or long breaks (imagine the pace of sculpt’s typical cardio portion, but for the entirety of class). Love how she mixed up the sequences and truly challenged us, plus her music is a blast!
