    The class flies by bc you do so many different exercises. It’s mostly low impact and mostly abs but he throws in a few minutes of calisthenics to get the heart rate up- just be warned for that. I love Ethan’s energy and think he’s an up and coming instructor who clearly loves what he does. I’d encourage him to give more hands on correction for form, and to talk a little less. His words will have more purpose and power if he chooses them more wisely (right now he talks he whole time). A really great sweat and efficient workout!

    This class is good for people who want a total body strength workout. It's in circuits and everyone has their own station which is nice. I liked Jenna a lot she was nice and not intimidating.     One of the top 10 classes that I've had here - the 5 minute chipper was an intense way to begin after the warmup, then we had a 16 min 6 station circuit & a 4 min FHIX, followed by a 3 min FHIX. I literally splayed out on the floor once we finished. That said, these workouts are what you make of them - if you choose light weights or don't go hard, you're not gonna have the same response once class is over. You should be dripping in sweat and barely able to walk down the stairs.

    This class was exactly what I was looking for. Think of it as a lightly heated restorative yoga class where you hold a each position for about 2 minutes with the use of props (blocks/sandbags/blanket) to help you really open up into it. I also really enjoyed the instructors music choice. I often find the vinyasa classes at this studio to be a bit too loud but I found the volume in yin to be appropriately tempered

Skylar does a terrific job splitting up her classes into a combo of circuits, EMOMs + AMRAPs, so we always get a good mix of strength + conditioning work. Tonight covered everything from swings, reverse lunges, wall balls, sumo deadlifts, box jumps, TRX rows, TRX core work, pushups, push presses plus the row + bike. One of the best in months due to its variety of movements, timing breakdown + longevity: 4 stations, 3 moves at each done AMRAP style for 4 mins, :30 rest, then 3 mins :30 rest, then a 2 min sprint of the cardio move (run, row, bike, prison step ups). We covered sumo DL, goblet squats, burpees, box jumps, chest press, v ups, push-ups, plate GTO, overhead plate lunges + jump switch lunges. Only slight caveat is that I wish more upper body work was covered to hit the back, but otherwise, this was put together incredibly well.

    Okay, the other reviews had me concerned that this workout was going to be impossible, but honestlyit was a great challenge, but I did not die. I preferred this to Barrysthe sprints are harder but you get actual recovery time between sprints. And yesthe warmup is hard, but its also kinda the hardest part. From that point on, you get little breaks between sprints. You definitely need to be in good shape, even for the 101 class, but if youre in good shape, dont be scared off by the other reviews.

    New to this studio. Top floor is the hit / bounce studio. Bounce is a trampoline choreographed class with intermittent weights, pushup, abs section. It takes a little time to get used to bouncing but even if you don’t get every move ur still working out.     Our instructor Megan was great, she took the time to correct my stance several times. Was concise and easy to follow. She also topped off the class with an adjustment and aromatherapy with tea tree oil. Playlist was a fun mix which helped to keep me engaged. The facilities need work, a lot of keys are missing on the lockers and the heat was disappointing. Temperature was turned on at 100 but it felt like 80 tops. I felt a strong draft from the window throughout the class.
