    Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

    Great class and very motivating teacher. Make sure you watch what everyone else is doing during yoga as the instructions are a little confusing. Definitely hope this class becomes available at other locations.

    Full Body - Upper Focus (60 Minutes)

    Dan’s class was a perfect balance of challenge, motivation, and a killer playlist! Maybe it was because it was a small class, but we switched three times between the treadmills and the floor, which I had never done in a Barry’s class before. I loved it - it allowed me to push myself harder and it kept things interesting. Thank you, Dan, for your positive energy!

    This class was such a fun Halloween treat thanks to the party vibe of the studio staff and the instructor’s creative themed playlist!     Full Body - Upper Focus (60 Minutes)

    Jennifer’s class was my favorite! Great moves and music. Everything was cohesive and her runs were smooth. I liked how recoveries were on an incline which was different. She also shouted out pretty much everyone’s names in class to cheer us on, which most instructors I’ve been to at barrys havent done before.

    Michael ran an incredible class today. It was awesome that everyone started on treads so the instructions were clear but also he spoke very clearly and was easy to follow. He even corrected my form and that never happens at Barry’s. During some of the floor exercise examples I couldn’t see him but it’s because of the way the room is setup.

    Great workout with perfect speed pyramids and awesome lower body exercise band sets. Loved how the playlist had songs at just the right BPM for the treadmill workout. Also thought the hollow-body combos using the exercise were awesome for targeting the abs without risking the ab separation that can happen with bicycle crunches.

    Deep Water Running - St. Bartholomew's Church

    This instructor is 100% nuts. In honor of the upcoming marathon, this class was a nonstop “run” of the entire marathon route complete with guided visualizations of NYC landmarks and neighborhoods. RJ even sang a rousing, unexpectedly good rendition of “New York, New York”—10/10 on this, excellent performance. Deep water running is harder than one might expect, and this class is fun, so try it!

    If you’re into pushing yourself, this class is an absolute must. I’m well versed in the nyc fitness scene, including a lot of intense classes, and this is such a welcome addition. So much so I’m sure I’ll be here regularly. No gimmicks — just super smart, thoughtful programming designed to make you work to fatigue (but in a safe and smart way unlike a lot of other places). Kyle was great — ran through everything clearly and gave me solid benchmarks and encouragement throughout. Classes are small and I am ALL ABOUT THAT - this feels like personal training. ???

    Such a great group!! We ran a mile and a half and everyone ran together. At stoplights we all have high fives (it’s required :)). Then we went back to the bar and had some drinks and popcorn. Super friendly group and perfect for newbie runners!

    Tonight's speed workout was a "game" - as we passed him, we call out a number, which he matched to a slow, medium or fast pace. Then we did a lap (.25 mile) at that pace and asked him for another number. It was great seeing another ClassPasser there and the group is super friendly! Everyone goes to drinks at a bar nearby after the workout.
