Good workout! Not as intense as other physique classes Ive taken but still great. Theyve moved across the street from their previous location so everything is brand new and fancy. There arent any windows in the studio I was in, but I dont think thats a problem. Personally I prefer more mirror space which this place delivers on.

Love these classes! Such a well laid out studio, with lovely instructions and great modifications given in easy class. Its a good full body workout, but I do find the Studio floor and the mats they use for the second portion of class, to be quite slick and slippery.

    Mixed

For some classes, the quality and energy level of your instructor means everything. The Bar Method is one of those classes, and Nikki is an awesome instructor. She is sweet, energetic, and encouraging, entertaining you with funny stories to take your mind off the at-times painful work you are doing. Plus, she will subtly make sure to correct your form, so you can avoid injury, without making you feel embarrassed or singled out. Mixed is a well-rounded barre class that will leave you feeling energized, with loose and limber muscles, for the rest of your day. A great way to start your weekend.

Tara is the best. Literally the best motivator, the best teacher and the most "together" instructor there is! The one thing that is frustrating is how the mats and floor aren't ever clean. This was the first class of the day and my mat was filthy. For such an otherwise upscale place this is really strange and this is a recurring issue. They should just have everyone clean their own mats after class if it is too much work to clean between sessions.

Our instructor Megan was great, she took the time to correct my stance several times. Was concise and easy to follow. She also topped off the class with an adjustment and aromatherapy with tea tree oil. Playlist was a fun mix which helped to keep me engaged. The facilities need work, a lot of keys are missing on the lockers and the heat was disappointing. Temperature was turned on at 100 but it felt like 80 tops.
