    Valor

Love this gym - they know you by name. Only complaint is the team-based workouts like Valor. In several stations, you end up doing 1 rep and resting for 20-30 seconds. Otherwise, I adore thai

It’s a revival of one’s spirit. Kathleen’s soulful guidance allows for the breath to just be. It’s the effects of the variations that allow me to rest and renew. I’m totally grateful for her knowledge. It’s impactful 🧬 💜

    HIIT + Flow

The class was a good work out and was upbeat. Only caveat— It was incredibly loud— different strokes for different folks, but if you’re sensitive like me, I would bring my earplugs next time so it’s a little less of a shock at 6 am!

My first spin class ever! It wasn’t easy but this is a great first class to take! Jessica was super nice and helped me set up the chair, explain the buttons, and understand how the class was going to be structured. Definitely going back!

The founder Sarah welcomed everyone at the door, helped showing me around with the lockers, shoes, bathrooms. Morgan let first timers walk into the room to help us set up our seats. Everything is so well organized and clean! The class had the funnest music and lights, it was the best cycle class I’ve had! I will definitely go back!

    Power

Dropped in while on a trip and they were very warm and welcoming! It’s a barbell class and they were doing cleans which I’m not yet comfortable with, so Melinda and the owner were super flexible and let me use dumbbells instead. Great workout and great gym!
