Great format. Good use of time. Instructor kept everything moving really well. I like this gym - the clientele seem really fit and energetic, which is inspiring to be around. Upbeat class and down-to-earth “coach”. For my first time doing CrossFit, I very much enjoyed it! The regulars in the class are friendly, and will help and motivate you. Plenty of equipment to modify your workout as needed. Would definitely recommend. Make sure to come energized and prepared to sweat!
