    Great format. Good use of time. Instructor kept everything moving really well. I like this gym - the clientele seem really fit and energetic, which is inspiring to be around.     Good workout but could use more attention to form and energetic instruction on spinning portion. There was also a crossfit class happening on the floor so space was a bit tough but running stairs outside was good

    Waverly is a modern day orchestra conductor. She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. She does not physically modify your form during the class, but verbally states modifications that you can take. Very good class, nice sweat, good room air circulation, and all-around great workout.
