Great workout, challenging but effective. Brandon is a great instructor, although it is a large room, Brandon visited with everybody and made sure everyone is doing well. My advice to someone taking that class to grab a bag close to instructor/monitor, so you can stay engaged and look at the monitor to make sure you are doing the right combination.

I really liked the combination of a regular yoga practice followed by the restorative practice, it was a really great, relaxing class on a Tuesday night. However, the regular practice felt a little too simplistic, and the instructor include some pop music in the playlist. Matt has a great teaching style that describes the postures very technically so you can make adjustments. He also took requests for areas to work on, which is appreciated. I enjoyed his class. That said, this studio needs to get it together. This is the second time I've arrived for a morning class and everyone, including employees, were locked out because no one had keys. We had to wait in the random business lobby, which doesn't start off the morning off in a very zen mood.

    45 Minute Barr/Yoga

I didn't know what to expect because this is a very traditional yoga studio. But the class was good! Barre work with lots of abs and we didn't even use weights for arms but they still got a great workout. The class itself was barre based but the stretching sections were from yoga so it is the best of both worlds. It's only 45 minutes in the middle of the day, great when you have limited exercise time. I will definitely take this class again.

Tim is great! He's really encouraging and motivating. Though this class is definitely appropriate for beginners, it wasn't as low level as some of the comments made me expect. We did some circuits and had a good workout, will definitely be feeling it tomorrow. Looking forward to taking this class again.

Really liked the helpful pose corrections from the instructor; not crazy about the playlist (chanting and nature sounds but also an electronic beat). There was a lavender oil distributed at the beginning of the practice and a frankincense oil at the end.

I can actually say for the first time ever after a yoga class i feel like I’m walking away from this class with intention. Thank you to Janielle. She’s truly an amazing instructor. Patient, kind, full of yogi knowledge. I’m happy to have finally stumbled upon a gem.

Loved it so fun. You really have to be willing to try even if you don't know the steps and just get lost in the fun (there's not much instruction) which I prefer!

The instructor was awesome!! She explained each move very throughly and was very anatomical in what to do with each position or purpose. She was encouraging and made you feel welcomed. This class definitely released a lot of built of tension and tightness within the muscles. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed this class! I had such a great workout. The instructor was very helpful throughout the class and the other people in the class were helpful too, as this was my first time. I really enjoyed the music! The workout itself was challenging but I felt that every muscle in body was worked.
