    Fly 45

Super motivating. Lots of time on lower torque levels (17-20) at a steady fast pace, with a few sprints. Then a good chunk of time on hills, but again at a moderate pace. So at the end I didn't feel as though I worked as hard (not out of breath much), but I still hit my typical overall power number.

Great workout, challenging but effective. Brandon is a great instructor, although it is a large room, Brandon visited with everybody and made sure everyone is doing well. My advice to someone taking that class to grab a bag close to instructor/monitor, so you can stay engaged and look at the monitor to make sure you are doing the right combination.

I like classes with lots of accessories to keep me interested and distract me from how tired I am, and this studio is perfect for that! I've taken several of their classes, but this my favorite so far. We used the rebounder, medicine ball, hand weights, and power reels, which I'd never used before. They're handles on reels of cables for resistance. The resistance feels light at first, but you feel the burn quickly! The class was a good mix of cardio and sculpting, and the instructor was very motivating. I can't wait to take it again!

Love the workouts here, and Tessa is one of my favorite instructors. She's really upbeat and motivating and is great about correcting form. I just wish the studio would maintain the treadmills better. I always seem to be on one that's not level and tipping to the side or that rocks back and forth way more than it should while I'm running.

My first time at Core Power Yoga, and I’ve seen this chain in every major city. This was a hot yoga class with good instructions and some more descriptive names for the poses (asanas) than the original Sanskrit offers. Sone spirituality but not too much, as is trendy today. I liked this scaled down version. Great workout without too much extra stuff. I would certainly return and hope to visit other CPY locations.

I haven't been to Sculpt in awhile and the class felt like a complete workout. I would like it if instructors gave other options for our wrist positions. This class was intense, but it went by quickly due to the focus that’s necessary throughout each of the components. The sequence started with abs, then legs, obliques, and arms. As someone who likes cardio, I found the emphasis on core strength and slow movement difficult and machine challenging, but Bri was helpful, and the class was ultimately rewarding.

Fun and challenging class, and Laura is the best instructor I've had here so far! She keeps the class motivated, explains the circuits clearly, and she also keeps an eye on everyone to make sure they're doing the exercises correctly. I really liked the combination of a regular yoga practice followed by the restorative practice, it was a really great, relaxing class on a Tuesday night. However, the regular practice felt a little too simplistic, and the instructor include some pop music in the playlist. While Ariana grande is one of my favorite artists, I don’t necessarily want to listen to her as I’m focusing on my breath in child’s pose.

Stephanie was a really great instructor and I love the small class sizes at this studio! I've done a lot of reformer pilates classes but Stephanie was still able to really challenge and help me push myself to get an amazing workout. Matt has a great teaching style that describes the postures very technically so you can make adjustments. He also took requests for areas to work on, which is appreciated. I enjoyed his class. That said, this studio needs to get it together. This is the second time I've arrived for a morning class and everyone, including employees, were locked out because no one had keys. We had to wait in the random business lobby, which doesn't start off the morning off in a very zen mood.

    Yoga for Athletes

The instructor was awesome!! She explained each move very throughly and was very anatomical in what to do with each position or purpose. She was encouraging and made you feel welcomed. This class definitely released a lot of built of tension and tightness within the muscles. Highly recommended!
