The instructor also took a lot of time going around the room and helping people who were new which I have mad respect for. That’s how a good workout class should be, thank you!!

see all reviewsVery different than other barre classes I’ve taken - in a good way! There were some actual dance moves thrown in (not complicated at all) that got your heart rate up but were also fun. Only note is don’t get there 15 min early for an early am class - everyone else won’t be there until about 5 min before.
