    Functional Movement

    The instructor was super personable and I really liked the circuits. The class had all my favorite fitness toys: medicine balls, sand bags, boxes, kettle bells etc. However, it was advertised as a 60 minute class (that’s why I picked it) and it was only 45 minutes in reality. I was ready for more! Also, the bathroom was very dusty and could have used a clean.

    This workout was amazing! It really challenged my cardio fitness but it was so much fun at the same time because all the moves were timed to the (awesome) music. The instructor was so helpful and gave everyone their options so they could work to their level but also push themselves. I will be back!
