    DANCE: HIP HOP

    Yue is the best instructor! She consistently offers creative and challenging choreo (which she breaks down very well) and a super intense workout! Her class is the best quality at Uforia. its more challenging than most other SF rockstars, so may not be as enjoyable if youve never taken a dance fitness class in your life, but you should definitely try it once so you can be the judge! If you are looking for a class in SF location: Walker and Yue are the best but also the most challenging, Katie is also really great. Devi has a non hip hop style but is a great instructor. Everyone else (Haley, Jenna, Gina, Kelly, Jazon - lately etc) is extremely intro / basic and easy if you want a decent sweat but to not think at all (but warning - you may get bored). I hope Uforia can add more challenging classes on the schedule so its more diverse and clients at all levels have more options!

    Jacqueline had great positive energy throughout the entire class. I came in for my first time feeling unmotivated, but she turned my attitude right around. Her dance moves were easy-to-follow and the music was fun and lively. Would highly recommend!

    Having completed nearly 500 classes on ClassPass, I can honestly say this was one of the most well instructed, motivating, and challenging classes I have taken. Carlos structured the class to accommodate all fitness levels and challenge multiple parts of the body at one time for a true full body workout. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but conveyed a genuine care and passion for his profession and students. If you’re anywhere close to this studio his class is a must! If I could give it 100 stars I would; great job Carlos!

    Great workout! The class feels like a non-stop personal training session with an athletic trainer, yet you're in a class setting. Lots of squats, lunges, push-ups, crunches, utilization of kettle bells in ways I've never thought of using them, sliders... basically a bomb full body workout. I'm sore as I'm typing this.

    Quaint training hallway, good outdoor work out, fresh air, gets the blood flowing. Great conditioning and mobility drills, great for off days or if you’re already sore. Not as intense as other circuits, crossfit, or trx. The gym is a nice space you may use before or after class to warm up, cool down, or do some additional training, weight lifting or cardio.
