    Lunchtime Quickie

    Having completed nearly 500 classes on ClassPass, I can honestly say this was one of the most well instructed, motivating, and challenging classes I have taken. Carlos structured the class to accommodate all fitness levels and challenge multiple parts of the body at one time for a true full body workout. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but conveyed a genuine care and passion for his profession and students. If you’re anywhere close to this studio his class is a must! If I could give it 100 stars I would; great job Carlos!

    They’ve changed the class. It used to be run by Aleks, but now they’ve combined it with the normal CrossFit class and pushed it 30 mins earlier. Attendance has dwindled. I miss Aleks but thankfully the gym owner who runs the combined class is still great. I’ve only done one of the new format classes so far, so don’t take my opinion as gospel yet, but so far, it’s still a rockin class! Bootcamp-style weightlifting class with lots of cardio.

    Redbone has such incredible energy, the class was casual and fun but educational and enlightening at the same time. Small class size but big open space for you to strut your stuff and be your beautiful bad self. Lots of stretching, strutting, and a touch of choreo. So much fun! I felt so awake and attuned to myself and my body afterwards. It’s not a demanding workout but it left me feeling super confident and ready for the day.
