The class follows true to its name with the first 30 minutes being stretching and breathing followed by a very calming 30 minutes of holding of relaxing positions. Anne was great - gave clear and gentle instructions. The studio provides everything you need from mats to bolsters, bands, blocks and blankets. Will definitely be coming back :)

Good for beginners interested in spin or for those who are seasoned in it. She definitely has a way of making you feel of value in the class. Her setlist/music choices were great.
