I had actually been considering chickening out right before class - the class description sounded so intimidating and I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up. But I’m glad I went - Chloe made the class fun and there was enough variation that I never had to do any one thing for too long. Great workout!

My first Pilates style yoga class and I loved that it was so accessible and not too intensive and to end with the long held yin poses was a relaxing finish that got me centred.

see all reviewsThis is an amazing studio for new riders and riders looking for an inclusive/supportive community of riders. The space is open, with good distance between bikes and never gets too too dark compared to almost all other studios . Dana has amazing energy and a strong message with each ride. She really makes you feel seen and included in the class. Also, the facilities are super clean - I love the multiple water fountains. I can’t recommend this studio enough!
