Beginner Pole I **PREREQUISITE: MINIMUM 2 INTRO CLASSES**

I love Yeireline’s classes! She fits so much in, is really detailed with her instructions, plans creative warm ups to match what we’re working on, gives us LOTS of practice time, and she often repeats elements so if you keep going back you get more chances to practice & get stronger. Definitely my favorite pole instructor so far & the class I’ve been able to commit to the most ❤️

I liked how the teacher Josh had us repeat the patterns. It helped me remember the combos. Also we did some partner work which was really cool and helpful to apply the combos. Josh is excellent teacher with calm voice! Love this class!

Level 0 - Intro to Salsa & Bachata

This was my first time taking salsa/ bachata and when I say this teacher is Amazing!!! I mean it. He gave us counts for every movement which made everything easier and went over things step by step until the class gets it. 10/10 will recommend especially if you’re a first timer like me. Also the receptionist and vibes were great, it felt very welcoming at this studio.❤️‼️

Flow and Restore Yoga for Women's Health

I loved this yoga class so much! Tara is wonderful — and the space is so intimate and beautiful. I feel like a lot of yoga classes in NYC are super rushed and hectic — focused on generating a “burn” rather than teaching you the movements and providing mental recuperation. But after Tara’s class, I truly felt restored/healed🫶
