    I clearly belong in the reformer foundations class - haven’t been to a reformer class in probably 2 years! However the instructor was really friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable/ inadequate. The class itself was challenging and the studio space is lovely

    A great class that targets all the relevant muscles. Not as tough on knees as Barrecore classes but just as effective. The new barre studio is great as well....a good improvement on the original space they used for this class.

    Beginners - Dynamic Reformer Pilates

    We spent a long time on each movement and it was all legs, but wouldn't complain as legs feel great now. I hope next time it's a different area of the body or more of a full body stretch. Teacher was welcoming and nice. Great class!

    Intermediate - Dynamic Reformer Pilates

    Tommy’s a great instructor and offers helpful corrections. We had a trainee instructor take a portion of the class (this is the 2nd class I’ve been to with the same trainee teacher) and the instructions were not always clear, but appreciate he is training. Also, can we please have body lotion in the changing rooms for post shower :)

    Superb class, highly highly recommended if you love to dance. I was pleasantly surprised, it is absolutely a workout on-par with all the various HIIT classes in London ... if you push yourself. Great energy from instructor and easy to follow and fun moves!!
